Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days max.
Shipments or deliveries may occur on weekends or holidays depending on our logistics providers schedule (UPS). If our company is experiencing a high volume of orders we will notify you on any expected delays via email.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout along with estimated delivery times
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
If UPS our logistics provider accepts P.O. and/or APO/FPO address deliveries we will be able to deliver your order.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
As soon as your items leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking information to the email address provided or in some cases with SMS to the contact number provided
Customs, duties, and taxes
OLYSS – Fast Fashion LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
OLYSS – Fast Fashion LLX is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Currently we are not offering international shipments
